EngineCode.uk helps readers research engine identifiers, recorded specifications and vehicle applications across manufacturers. It is intended as a starting point for understanding an engine code and finding the information needed for further checks.

Reference content and commercial services
Alongside the reference material, we offer an optional replacement-engine enquiry service through Engine Finders. This has a commercial purpose and may connect readers with participating suppliers. Reading the reference material does not require an enquiry or purchase. The enquiry service is intended for vehicles in the United Kingdom and connects readers with engine suppliers in the UK.
